Terms of service

The responsibilities and service rules for using a RAFID company workspace.

Last updated

These terms describe the use of RAFID CRM, operated by Mircado LLC. Use RAFID only when you are authorized to act for the company and data involved.

Accounts and company authority

Keep account information accurate and protect your login credentials. Company Owners manage workspace membership, departmental roles, company domains and integration permissions. Invite only people who are authorized to access company data. You remain responsible for activity performed through your account and for the permissions you grant.

RAFID is intended for business use by people able to enter into applicable agreements. Do not impersonate another person or connect assets you do not control.

Your data and responsibilities

You retain your rights in the data you provide. You authorize Mircado LLC and its service providers to process that data as needed to operate the features you enable, maintain security and respond to authorized support or deletion requests.

Your company is responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of customer, employee and other records it supplies, the permissions or notices required for that use, and the actions of its authorized users. Use restricted HR and inbox access appropriately. Our privacy policy explains RAFID's data practices.

Permitted use

Do not use RAFID for spam, unlawful or deceptive communications, harassment, fraud, malicious software, unauthorized access, or collecting data without the necessary authority. Do not attempt to bypass workspace isolation, role controls, verification or provider restrictions. Do not use the service to infringe another person's rights or interfere with other customers' workspaces.

We may limit or suspend activity when necessary to investigate misuse, protect the service, comply with law or address a provider restriction. Where practical, we provide an explanation and a way to contact support.

Email and WhatsApp connections

Connect only company domains and business assets you are authorized to manage. Owners decide which members can access company mailboxes and WhatsApp numbers. A domain connection requires the specified DNS checks; changing mail DNS can affect existing delivery. Review those changes before applying them.

WhatsApp use is subject to Meta and WhatsApp's applicable terms, policies, account approvals, messaging limits and pricing. Obtain the recipient permissions required for the messages you send. Free-form replies require an open customer-service window; outside it, RAFID supports approved utility templates with recorded customer permission. Template approval, phone verification, display-name approval and sending eligibility are controlled by Meta.

Messages and emails already delivered to third parties cannot be recalled or deleted from their systems through RAFID. Disconnection or workspace deletion does not delete Meta business assets.

Pilot access and charges

RAFID subscription billing is not connected during the current pilot. This does not make external messaging or provider services free. WhatsApp and other providers may charge for activity under the billing arrangement configured for the connected account. No future RAFID subscription or paid upgrade is authorized by these pilot terms alone; applicable pricing and acceptance will be presented before activating a paid service.

Availability and limitations

RAFID is a desktop service. Features depend on network access, supported browsers, Firebase, email infrastructure and enabled external providers. We work to maintain the service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, guaranteed message delivery, provider approval or a specific commercial result.

Verify important records and delivery states, and keep exports or other backups appropriate to your business. Features may change as the pilot develops. Provider outages or restrictions can prevent an integration from operating even when RAFID itself is available.

Access removal and deletion

A company Owner can remove member access, disconnect supported integrations or request permanent workspace deletion. Removing access is different from deleting the company's records. Workspace deletion requires explicit confirmation and is permanent once cleanup finishes.

See the data-deletion instructions for what is removed, what remains and how individuals can request help. Your account may remain available for other workspaces after one company workspace is deleted.

Service identity and liability

RAFID's software, brand assets and interface are owned by Mircado LLC or their respective rights holders. These terms provide permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the software or brand.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RAFID is provided without additional warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or guaranteed results. Mircado LLC is not responsible for indirect losses caused by provider failures, unauthorized account sharing or data entered without authority. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

Changes and support

We may update these terms to reflect service changes. The current version is dated above; material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service notice. Contact Mircado LLC at [email protected] about these terms, support or a dispute. Applicable mandatory law and consumer rights continue to apply.

Keep the connection clear.
