Delete your RAFID CMS account
Request deletion of your personal login and personal app data. This is separate from deleting a company workspace.
Delete inside the mobile app
Sign in, open More and select Delete personal account. Read the scope, enter your account email and reauthenticate with your password. Confirm the deletion request only when ready. Company owners must resolve ownership first. If your company will keep using RAFID, contact Support. To close a company, open Settings → Company → Review workspace deletion on the website. RAFID platform staff must resolve their platform responsibilities first.
Request deletion without the app
Request account deletion by email
Send from your RAFID account email if possible. Include that email, the relevant company name and whether you want your entire personal login deleted or help with specific personal data. This route is available if you cannot sign in or no longer have the app. We verify identity and authority before processing the request. Do not include passwords, tokens or message contents.
What is deleted
The personal-account cleanup removes the Firebase login and associated personal app data, revokes device notification access and removes personal workspace access. Private user-specific AI material and personal references are handled by the account-deletion cleanup. Local account data is cleared on sign-out; remove the app from any offline device you no longer control.
What may remain
Company business documents, accounting entries, orders, support history and historical authorship may remain under the company’s business and legal retention rules. This request does not delete a company, another person’s account or their private mailbox. Limited security, legal, audit and backup records may be retained where required. We explain applicable scope or unresolved ownership requirements when handling a support request.
Company or customer data
If your information appears in a company’s customer records or conversations, contact that company or email [email protected] for help identifying the responsible workspace. For company-wide deletion, see the workspace deletion instructions.
